Cancellation

If for any reason after you order you decide to cancel, you have 2 days from the date of placing the order; or the time, we deliver your order (which one is earlier).

Purchasing From UK
To purchase from UK you must be over 18. If you are under 18, you may contact only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The personal details you provide must be complete and correct.


By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to couriers and other subcontractors).

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have both accepted your order and that it has been shipped. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods.

All payments must be made in UK Sterling (GBP) and must be made at the time of placing the order by credit or debit card.

Availability And Delivery

Availability details are provided for each item on the relevant web page.

These details are checked regularly but may not always be current at the time of ordering. If we find the availability of an item has changed when we receive your order we will inform you by email of any items within your order that are unavailable.

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us in our acceptance but we cannot give an exact delivery date. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of the date given in our acceptance then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

Guarantee ,Damaged Or Defective Products and Return Policy

At A2Z Malls , we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

We will supply goods that will remain free from defects.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage.

If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible.
If the goods are found to be damaged, or defective, prior to delivery to you we will replace the goods or refund the price paid by you at our option.

Our Guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable
condition within 7 days.This does not affect your basic human rights.
